Who would have thought if ZTE managed to surpass Apple in the list of the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer. ZTE mobile phone shipments this magnitude could not be separated from the role which is also the major Android OS for smartphones ZTE. Furthermore ZTE also has a strong market for feature phone models quite mastered the underclass phone market to compete with Nokia phones.
ZTE is also a brand that is known as a manufacturer of devices with affordable price. And of course this makes ZTE have an image device manufacturers with a less sophisticated when compared with Apple or Samsung. However, according to ZTE's president of North America, Lixin Cheng, this image will soon change.
In an interview, Lixin Cheng revealed that the company has plans to launch high-end devices in the U.S. market starting next year. This device includes a capable handset with LTE 4G connectivity, although still not specifically mentioned which operator will get it.
Cheng looks very optimistic with plans to bring high-end devices in the U.S. and to make it as the biggest market for ZTE handsets in 2015. As to whether the high-end handsets ZTE output of this? It seems we must be patient at least until next year to see it.
