Satu lagi hape Android Samsung diluncurkan, Samsung GT i9023 atau juga disebut Samsung Nexus S. Ditujukan untuk pangsa pasar kelas menengah keatas, Samsung Nexus S sudah mengusung OS Android Gingerbread 2.3.

Samsung Nexus S dibalut dengan casing bermaterial plastik. Pada sisi belakang casing memiliki tekstur yang membuat hape tidak licin dan tidak mudah tergelincir ketika digenggam. Di sisi casing dikelilingi tombol on/off, volume, port microUSB dan jack audio 3,5mm.

Pada bagian depan didominasi layar sentuh kapasitif dengan luas 4 inchi. Layar berjenis Super Clear LCD ini memiliki 16 juta warna dan kerapatan 480×800 pixel. Fitur pada layar Samsung Nexus S ini juga sudah sangat lengkap, sebut saja multi-touch, accelerometer, proximity sensor atau oleophobic sensor.
